Course Name: Project Management – Eagle’s Eye 3

This is a PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)^® Preparatory Course where candidates will be trained to become an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)^® and will be able to align the Agile development experience with PMI’s six domains of practice and create a personalized plan for self-study to focus their efforts from after the course to their examination date.

• Experienced Agile practitioners who plan to take the PMI-ACP^® exam, as well as PMP^® credential holders with Agile project management experience who wish to enhance their accreditation.
• Project Managers
• General Managers
• Program Managers
• Team Managers and support staff
• Staff who will have a defined role
• Project Management Consultants.

Certification Definition:

The PMI-ACP certification recognizes knowledge of agile principles, practices, and tools and techniques across agile methodologies, not simply limiting a practitioner to one agile approach

Who Should Apply:

IF YOU:

• Have experience leading or working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies
• Have training in agile practices

Professional Education (contact hours):

• Minimum 21 hours in agile practices

Professional Work Experience:

• 2,000 hours working on project teams within the last five (5) years**

AND

• 1,500 hours working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies within the last three years

** Working on Project Team Experience: for those holding PMP or PgMP certification, PMI has already verified that the candidate has exceeded the 2,000 hour requirement. A PMP or PgMP certification holder will not need to enter these hours on the application.
