DESCRIPTION:Course Name: Project Management – Eagle’s Eye 3 \nThis is a PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Preparatory Course where candidates will be trained to become an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® and will be able to align the Agile development experience with PMI’s six domains of practice and create a personalized plan for self-study to focus their efforts from after the course to their examination date. \nProfile of Participants: \n\nExperienced Agile practitioners who plan to take the PMI-ACP® exam\, as well as PMP® credential holders with Agile project management experience who wish to enhance their accreditation.\nProject Managers\nGeneral Managers\nProgram Managers\nTeam Managers and support staff\nStaff who will have a defined role\nProject Management Consultants.\n\nCertification Definition: \nThe PMI-ACP certification recognizes knowledge of agile principles\, practices\, and tools and techniques across agile methodologies\, not simply limiting a practitioner to one agile approach \nWho Should Apply: \nIF YOU: \n\nHave experience leading or working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies\nHave training in agile practices\n\nProfessional Education (contact hours): \n\nMinimum 21 hours in agile practices\n\nProfessional Work Experience: \n\n2\,000 hours working on project teams within the last five (5) years**\n\nAND \n\n1\,500 hours working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies within the last three years\n\n** Working on Project Team Experience: for those holding PMP or PgMP certification\, PMI has already verified that the candidate has exceeded the 2\,000 hour requirement. A PMP or PgMP certification holder will not need to enter these hours on the application.
